Atlas AI (operated by Amplify Media) is a Decision Intelligence Operating System that processes WhatsApp conversations to generate automated sales decisions, quotations, and behavioral insights for renovation and other businesses.

1. Information We Collect

• WhatsApp messages, media, and metadata sent by your customers to your business number.
• User behavior signals (clicks, package selection, response patterns) for Decision Trace.
• Account information and business settings provided during registration.
• Lead data, quotation details, and sales interaction records.

2. How We Use the Data

• To power KAIA (AI Officer), Decision Engine, Behavior Engine, and Learning Engine.
• To generate quotations, construction timelines, and revenue attribution.
• To improve the system through anonymized pattern mining (with human approval gates).
• To provide analytics and performance insights to business managers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Data is processed only within Atlas AI and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We comply fully with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Atlas AI integrates with Google Calendar to help users manage appointments and site visits. When you connect your Google Calendar:

• We access your Google Calendar events solely to display upcoming appointments within Atlas AI.
• We do not store your Google Calendar data on our servers beyond what is needed to display it in the app.
• We do not share your Google Calendar data with any third party.
• You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Atlas AI Settings.
• Our use of Google Calendar data complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely in Supabase (Singapore region) with encryption at rest.
• Access is strictly role-based and multi-tenant isolated.
• All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• JWT-based authentication with 24-hour token expiry.

6. Your Rights — Data Deletion

Users or their customers may request deletion of their data at any time by:

• Emailing hello@atlasai.world with the account email and business name.
• We will delete the data within 7 business days and confirm via email.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Atlas AI uses minimal session-based authentication tokens stored in browser localStorage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
