Terms of Service

By using Atlas AI you agree to these terms. Atlas AI is operated by Amplify Media.

1. Service Description

Atlas AI provides a Decision Intelligence OS that automates sales conversations, lead qualification, dynamic quotations, and decision tracing via WhatsApp Business API.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must obtain proper consent from your customers before sending messages via WhatsApp Business API.
• You are responsible for all content sent through the system.
• You must comply with all applicable laws including Malaysia's PDPA and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
• You must not use Atlas AI for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.

3. Acceptable Use

• Atlas AI is designed for legitimate business communications and sales automation.
• All WhatsApp messaging must comply with Meta's messaging policies and opt-in requirements.
• Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Atlas AI system.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Starter: RM 299/month — 500 WhatsApp conversations included.
• Business: RM 1,299/month — 2,000 WhatsApp conversations included.
• Enterprise: RM 2,499/month — 5,000 WhatsApp conversations included.
• Revenue Share option available: 8% of AI-attributed sales, minimum RM 99/month.
• Plans are billed monthly. Annual plans receive 2 months free.

5. Data Ownership

You own your business data. Atlas AI owns the anonymized patterns and models derived from aggregate usage. We will never use your specific business data to train models for competitors.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Atlas AI integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. By connecting these integrations:

• You authorize Atlas AI to access the connected service on your behalf.
• You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time from Atlas AI Settings.
• Atlas AI is not liable for any changes, outages, or policy updates from third-party platforms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 7 business days upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
